You can mimic the look of balloon pants or bloomers with a pair of wide leg pants in a nice light flowy material and some ribbons. Just tie the ribbons around your ankles close to the hem if you want a balloon look or higher up for a bloomer look, it saves you money and the possible regret of a trend you might get sick of quickly
